The Whiskey Network
Brief:
Create a video training platform to enable Diageo staff to learn about the culture of whiskey and then test their knowledge.
What we did:
The project was originally briefed as a CD ROM, but our technical developers advised us that broadband speeds and web streaming technology had matured enough for it to be an online multimedia proposition so we produced a multimedia application built in Flash in which we mixed educational text, graphics and imagery with a series of high quality training videos.
Outcome:
The concept was a success and the programme is now being expanded to cover ‘experienced’ and ‘expert’ levels of qualification.
