Sky Customer Loyalty Programme
Brief:
Our involvement in interactive television started back in 2000 when we designed Sky’s loyalty programme (Sky Rewards) for their Sky Active iTV platform. Further projects include designing a sister website CMS (content management system) to manage and update content and embarking on a comprehensive redesign of the service, both online and for television to accommodate the new brand direction.
Outcome:
Sky Rewards received up to 250,000 registrations per month after launch.
We helped lower customer churn rates from 30% to 5% - 10%
The Sky Loyalty iTV platform won numerous awards including 3 gold at FEDMA Best of Europe Awards.
