Jumeirah Email Marketing

Brief:

A eCRM solution for regional corporate, leisure & meetings trade newsletters, ad hoc templates and hotel newsletter and restaurant promotion emails.

What we did:

We supplied a full bespoke system which allowed: Jumeirah marketing teams to manage their own email creation, sends & reporting as and when required with minimal support costs from us. We delivered monthly reporting of statistics including analysis and strategic advice; email design & content tweaked for optimization; recommendation for improving content on landing pages to increase click through rates. Email supporting competition landing pages were also created on an ad hoc basis for regional marketing team to send corresponding emails to certain clients for them to learn more about the hotels and enter into competitions to win benefits such as extra commission.

We used our eCRM system to integrate highly detailed eComms campaign statistics with their contact database to provide greater means for their work by supplying data via drill down reporting and reporting views per campaign.
